 We want to welcome both returning and new students to our programs this year. It is our privilege to have you as students at the Dance Asylum School of Music & Dance

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly front desk. The first month back can be a little hectic. If changes need to be made to your dance schedule, September is the month to do it.

There are a few reminders as we gear up for fall

+ Please no running or throwing things in the halls.

+ Please don’t play with the exercise equipment unless a dance teacher has instructed you to use it.

+ No chewing gum in class

+ No food or drinks (except bottled water) beyond the waiting room

+ No street shoes on any dance floor

+ You must be dressed appropriately for you dance class with you hair pulled back

+ You must treat every teacher and fellow student with kindness and respect.

+ Dance and music lessons are supposed to be fun, so HAVE FUN!

Throughout the school year we have a handful of performances and vacations. Here are a majority of these dates so you can begin planning your busy school year.


1. Nutcracker: November 9 & 10

2. Christmas Show: WEDNESDAY, December 19

3. Spring Recital: SATURDAY, May 11

2. Spring Concert: WEDNESDAY, May 22


1. Halloween: No classes on Wednesday, October 31

2. Thanksgiving: No classes November 21-23

3. Christmas Break: Dec. 20 to Jan. 4 (classes start Jan. 7)

4. Spring Break: April 1 - 5 (classes start April 8)
